Seungcheol Week 5 Day 7 Log:
We had Hansol and Seungkwan look at Junhui after your last update. It's looking like he'll probably be fine, but they're having people rotate in and out of monitoring him while he sleeps because his breathing has been unsteady.
Jeonghan is fine but a little snappy. He did seem to discover a new kind of hydroid—this one, to everyone's knowledge, does not sting. The stinging fern has been put away in a closet in the Research Lab, where hopefully no one else will touch it, on purpose or by accident.
Everyone's spirits are higher after the miscellaneous box. It's actually really nice to remember that this is temporary and—
[BANG]
I'm... gonna go check on that.
[Silence]
Okay, Panel A-2 took a big hit. Not sure from what, I couldn't see anything on the radar or through the windows. I'm going to send Chan into the cockpit to keep an eye out. Sorry for this abrupt ending, looks like we have some stuff to work on right now.

Mingyu Week 5 Day 7 Log
Hey hyung. Sorry, this probably isn't how you wanted to hear from me for the first time in a while. iIm going out to do some emergency repairs on panel A-2. I know we don't have full materials for it, but we have scraps from A-3's repair and I think some work is better than nothing. Shua-hyung was a little nervous ,but if we just leave it it'll get worse, so... I'm going to do what I can. I'm trained in this kind of thing, and we just need to shore it up enough to avoid some kind of system failure. Might be a little complicated, but I think I can do it.
We're okay, though, really. Whatever happens I know we can get through it. I hope you're not worrying too much. We're the SVT crew! We trained for worse than this.
Jihoon-hyung has been talking about an instant link and like, working on that lately. Do you really think it's possible? I guess we'll have to find out if he makes progress... that would be cool, though, right? We all miss you a lot. I mean, it would be helpful for the mission too of course. Just, you know. Six weeks is a long time! Longer down here, I think. We're doing okay, though. I should get going anyway, Myunho offered to help me suit up and I should take him up on it, those things are annoying and bulky.
That's it for today from me. Our radar didn't pick anything up when the impact happened, but if you hear anything— could you let us know? All of us? Cheol-hyung tries to protect us but whatever it is, I'm not scared.

Submarine Status Update:
Hansol Week 5 Day 7 Log
Hey, thanks for telling us Junhui was hurt. He kept telling us it wasn't a big deal, but his respiratory system has been struggling and it got abruptly worse last night. He was wheezing just walking from the Command Room to the Accommodations Room earlier. And when he showed us the sting... well, there's a reason I'm doing this log and not Kwannie. It freaked him out pretty badly. He's probably still nagging Jun-hyung about it right now.
We set up a rotation of people to wake him up if he stops breathing at night. Iknow we still have one more flora zone to explore—a week of travel and then some time to collect and analyze samples, right? Ha, hyungs always say i don't listen... I paid attention to that from the briefing, at least. I think Jun-hyung should be okay for at least that long. We're still looking through the Research Team's books to see what we can find on long-term effects of stinging fern injuries that developed into infections. I'm heading there right after I finish recording this, actually.
In terms of excursion planning, I've been thinking about ways we can reduce injury risk. It could help to do pair excursions—I know we try not to send out two people at once, but our oxygen stores are fine and the last excursion was on the shorter side, so I think it's doable. It could make both of them feel safer and allow for some real-time reality checking.
Let me know if you want me to draft something more substantial about that, I totally can. Also, I fixed the lights, so the sub's well lit again!
Oh, and thanks for the stuff you sent. It really... we needed
that I think. Yeah. Okay. Talk later.

Submarine Status Update:
Status Reports are completed by Crew Engineer I (Joshua Hong) and Crew Engineer II (Kim Mingyu) with support from general crew members Kwon Soonyoung, Xu Minghao, and Chwe Hansol. In cases where crew members are not in agreement, Crew Engineer I will settle disputes and finalize the report.
Week 5 Day 7: An impact with Panel A-2 from an unknown source has damaged it and compromised its structural integrity. While the submarine does have emergency failsafes in place should a panel be damaged beyond repair, we are looking to avoid that. Mingyu has been dispatched to use materials from former Panel A-3 to execute emergency repairs.
