my writers block stratagies tend to be a combination of things that get suggested a lot: leaving something alone for a little (though I usually don't leave it too long, maybe 3 days), writing 100 words on it and then giving myself permission to leave it, and figuring out what from the outline/previous part of the draft isn't working, cutting that, and continuing on from an earlier point
